Terms of service.
Last updated 24 September 2026. These terms cover use of the auraicpulse.info website and the review call we offer qualified enquiries. Paid services are governed by the service agreement each client signs, which takes precedence where the two differ.
1. Using this website
You may use this site to learn about our services and to apply for a review call or ask for a project quote. You agree not to submit false information, use automated tools to submit forms, or attempt to interfere with the site or its services.
2. The review call
If your enquiry fits our criteria, we prepare a short first-pass review from the details you submit and publicly available information about your website and channels. A first draft may be prepared with the help of AI tools and is checked by a person before it is sent. Not every enquiry receives one. It is for information only and without warranty. It is not a guarantee of results, and you are responsible for any decisions you make based on it. There is no obligation to purchase anything.
3. Pricing on this website
Package prices shown are in euro, exclusive of VAT and of any advertising spend. Starter and Growth are fixed monthly prices. Add-ons shown with a "from" price start at that price. Authority and other add-ons are scoped with you and confirmed in a written proposal, which is valid for 30 days. There is no setup fee, and one month is free when a plan is paid a year in advance.
4. Paid services
Social media management, content creation, advertising management, and software projects are provided under a separate service agreement that sets out scope, fees, term, notice, and ownership. In summary: the first plan runs 90 days, then month to month with 30 days notice, advertising spend is always paid directly by you to the platform, you own your accounts and ad accounts, and the content we create for you is yours once paid.
5. Intellectual property
The design, copy, and code of this website, and the AuraicPulse name and logo, belong to AuraicPulse Ventures. Content we create for clients belongs to the client on payment, as set out in the service agreement.
6. Liability
The website and the review call are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuraicPulse Ventures is not liable for any loss arising from use of this website or reliance on a review call. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law.
7. Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
