How long does setup take?
Most teams connect their first source and see a working dashboard in under an hour. Larger warehouses take a little longer to map.
Do you copy our data?
Where your warehouse supports it, Lumen queries in place. Anything cached is encrypted and can be cleared from settings at any time.
Can non analysts use it?
Yes. Ask questions in plain words, and every answer shows the query behind it, so analysts can check and reuse it.
What happens after the free plan?
Nothing changes until you choose to upgrade. You keep your dashboards and history within the free plan limits.
