03 Assembly
Four moves to lock-in
The frame arrives labelled and sequenced. Most crews read the set like a kit, not a puzzle.
Pour
Level the pad and set the slab. Survey marks are already stamped in the steel base rail.
Raise
Bolt the frame upright. Columns and headers land in numbered bays, bracing included.
Close
Hang the glass band and rainscreen panels, and the shell goes weather-tight.
Fit
Interior packages slide in as modules: floors, wet walls and joinery before the painters arrive.

Before you ask
Is the configurator a quote?
No. It is a starting sketch. Send it with your site plan and we come back with a bay layout, a delivery window and an honest number.
Do I need my own builder?
We supply the frame, shell and a set guide. Many clients use a local crew; we can recommend one or supervise set day.
Can the plan change after ordering?
Bay count and finishes can change until fabrication starts. After that, interior packages can still be adjusted.
What about permits?
We provide stamped drawings for the frame and shell. Local permits stay with you or your builder, and we answer their questions.
