03 Access
Getting inside
Access is deliberate and slow on purpose. This is the path from first note to a seat at the viewing table.
Inquiry
Tell us what you hold and what you need. A person replies, never an autoresponder.
Verification
We confirm provenance, insurance and identity. Your access card is issued only after this clears.
Intake
Works arrive crated and escorted, are condition-checked, photographed and given a rack.
Viewing
Book a private hour in the inspection room. Gloves provided, phones stay upstairs.

Before you ask
What size of collection do you take?
From a single work to a full estate. The intake process is the same; only the rack count changes.
Can I visit my works?
Yes, by appointment, in a private inspection room. Works are brought to you; storage rooms stay closed to visitors.
How are works moved?
In crates made for each piece, by trained handlers, with an escort. Movement is logged at every door.
Is insurance included?
We ask for your own cover and work with your insurer on conditions and reports. Tell us about your policy in the enquiry.
