03 / how we got here

A corner spot with good light.

We opened Peach & Vine because we wanted a place that felt like a friend's kitchen. No dress code, no lecture about soil types, just honest bottles and food that tastes like someone cooked it on purpose.

Everything on the shelf is made from grapes farmed without chemicals and fermented with wild yeast. Some of it is cloudy, some of it fizzes, all of it tastes like a place and a year.

Twelve seats, six wines, one person talking about them without jargon. Dates, seats and prices below are Sample.

05 / how a night goes

Four steps, no homework.

  1. Sit anywhere

    Grab a stool or a window table. We will bring water and a small pour of whatever just got opened.

  2. Tell us a flavour

    Say "something like peaches" or "not too sour". That is all we need to go on.

  3. We open a bottle

    Taste before you commit. If it is not for you, we open something else.

  4. Take one home

    Liked it? Every bottle on the shelf is for sale to take away, wrapped in paper.

Good to know.

Is natural wine always funky?

No. Plenty of it is clean, bright and easy. Funky is one mood on the wheel, not the whole list.

Can I buy bottles to take away?

Yes. Everything on the shelf is for sale, and we are happy to pick a mixed case for a dinner or a gift.

Do you serve food?

A short menu from a tiny kitchen: bread, cheese, pickles and a few plates that change with the market.

Can we book the whole bar?

For groups on Monday or Tuesday, yes. Send us a note below with a date and rough headcount.

What about sulphites?

Most of our wines have little or none added. Ask at the bar and we will point you to the lowest.

Hours

Wednesday to Friday, 5pm to midnight.
Saturday and Sunday, 2pm to midnight.
Monday and Tuesday we rest.

Where

Brooklyn, two blocks from the park.
Look for the green awning and the crates of bottles in the window.

Reservations

Tables of four or more, please book ahead.
Smaller groups can walk in and we will find you a seat.
