01 What we run
Four instruments. One ledger.
No dashboards for their own sake. Each service does one job for the finance team, and every movement lands in the same double-entry record.
- i.
Treasury accounts
Multi-bank, multi-currency balances in one view, with sweeps between entities and policy limits you set once.
Cash visibility - ii.
Payments
Batch supplier runs and payroll with dual approval, sanctions screening and a clear status for every line.
Controls - iii.
FX and hedging
Convert at transparent spreads, book forwards against known exposures, and see the effect on reporting currency.
Currency risk - iv.
Close and audit
Daily reconciliation, journal exports to your ERP, and an immutable log your auditor can walk through.
Reporting
02 Runway, modelled
How long does your cash really last?
Move the sliders. We show the runway at today's burn, and what an idle-cash policy could add over a year at a sample rate.
- Runway at current burn
- 15.5 months
- Indicative interest over 12 months
- €66,240
- Runway gained from interest
- + 6.5 weeks
Sample calculation at an illustrative 2.3% annual rate on the yield share. Not an offer or advice; rates and eligibility vary.
03 The ledger

04 The desk
People who answer the phone.
A named treasury lead works with every client. You speak to the same person at month end as you did at onboarding.
05 Onboarding
From first call to first payment.
Treasury review
A 45 minute call on your banks, entities, currencies and approval rules.
Week 1Verification
Company documents, directors and beneficial owners, handled in one secure checklist.
Week 1 to 2Connect and map
We link bank feeds, map your chart of accounts and mirror your approval policy.
Week 2 to 3Parallel month
Run alongside your current process for one close before switching fully.
Week 4 onward
Month end used to be a week of spreadsheets. Now it is a morning, and the auditor asks fewer questions.
The dual approval flow is the first one our board did not ask us to change.
We finally see euro, dollar and krone exposure on one page, in our reporting currency.
06 Questions
Plainly answered.
Do we have to move banks?
No. Frost Ledger connects to the banks you already use and adds one view, one approval flow and one record on top.
Who can approve a payment?
You define it: by amount, currency, entity or supplier. Most clients use two approvers above a threshold they choose.
How is pricing set?
A fixed monthly platform fee by number of entities, plus transparent FX spreads. You receive a written quote after the treasury review.
What does the calculator assume?
It divides cash by burn and applies an illustrative annual rate to the share you choose. It is a sample model, not financial advice.
