Your first visit

What to expect, step by step

  1. Send a request

Tell us what you need and when suits you. It takes about two minutes and commits you to nothing.

  2. We confirm a time

Reception contacts you to agree a slot and, if needed, sends a short form to fill in before you arrive.

  3. Your appointment

Arrive a few minutes early. Your practitioner listens first, then examines, then explains what they found.

  4. A clear plan

You leave with written next steps and costs. Take your time to decide; there is no pressure to book more.

Fees and insurance

Questions about paying

Anything else? Add it to your booking request and reception will answer it when they get in touch.

Do you accept health insurance?

We work with several insurers. Add your insurer to the booking form and reception will confirm whether your policy is accepted before your appointment. Your insurer list here.

Do I need a referral from my GP?

Not for self-pay appointments. Some insurers ask for a GP referral or an authorisation code, so check your policy or ask us to help.

How much does an appointment cost?

Fees depend on the appointment type. Your price list here. We always explain costs before any treatment starts.

How can I pay?

Debit and credit card at the end of each visit. Where your insurer settles directly, we will explain any excess you need to pay.

What if I need to cancel or move my appointment?

Just let us know as early as you can so the time can go to someone else. Your cancellation policy here.

Can I bring someone with me?

Of course. A friend, relative or carer is welcome to join you in the room.
