Is the inspection really free?

Yes. We inspect, take photos and give you a written quote with no charge and no obligation. If you decide not to go ahead, you keep the photos.

Do I need to be home?

For most roofs, no, as long as we can reach the outside safely. We will want to talk you through the findings, which we can do in person or over the phone with the photos.

Can you help with an insurance claim?

We can give you dated photos and a written report on the damage and the repair. The claim itself is between you and your insurer.

Repair or replace: how do you decide?

We look at the age and condition of the whole roof, not just the damaged patch. If a repair makes sense we say so. Where replacement is the better value we show you why, with photos.

What if you find more once work starts?

We stop, show you, and give you a written price for the extra before doing it. Nothing is added to the bill without your agreement.
