Working together
Four stages, no surprises.
Site visit
We walk the space with you, measure, photograph and listen to how you want to live or work.
Concept
Plans, sections and a material board. Two rounds of changes are part of the process.
Technical design
Drawings for permits and builders, a lighting plan and a clear schedule of finishes.
On site
We visit weekly, answer the builder's questions and sign off every detail before handover.

Before you call.
Do you take on small projects?
Yes. A single kitchen or one room is welcome. Small projects are often where good detailing matters most.
Can you handle planning permission?
We prepare the drawings and documents, submit them and deal with the council's questions on your behalf.
How are fees worked out?
After the site visit we send a written fee proposal based on the scope and the stages you need. No fixed prices are shown here because every brief differs.
Do you work with our own builder?
Of course. We can also recommend builders and makers we have worked with before.
