Theory in the shade, skills in the pool, four open water dives on the house reef.
Deep, navigation, night and wreck adventure dives. You pick three, we pick two.
Breath work on the deck, calm line dives in the bay. Quiet, slow and addictive.
Four sites we visit every week, chosen each morning by current and visibility. Your guide briefs every dive on a slate, in plain words.
Our house reef. Table corals, lazy turtles and the best first dive you will ever do.
A swim through framed in blue, with glassfish that part like a curtain.
A cargo ship slowly turning into reef. Penetration only with the right course.
A wall that falls away into blue. Hang in the current and watch the pelagics pass.
Shade, fresh fruit, hot tea after the cold ones and a crew that has hauled every kind of tank. The light fades out here. The welcome does not.
After sunset the reef changes shift. Octopus hunt, parrotfish sleep in bubbles of their own making, and plankton sparks green when you wave your hand. Try it here: move to stir the plankton, tap to ping the dark.
We meet on the jetty at dusk, check torches and agree hand signals.
We enter while there is still some light, so your eyes adjust slowly.
Halfway through we cover torches and wave. The water answers in green.
Back on the jetty, warm towels, tea and a slate of what we saw.
I came for one try dive and stayed for the whole course. Nobody ever made me feel slow.
The night dive with the lights off is the closest thing to space I will ever get.
Tiny groups, calm briefings, and tea waiting on the boat. Exactly what a nervous diver needs.
You need to be comfortable in water and able to swim a short distance. Many of our best students arrived nervous. We go slowly.
Yes. Contact lenses work under a mask, and we keep a few prescription masks to borrow. Ask when you book.
Instruction, equipment, boat trips for the course dives and your learning materials. We list anything extra before you pay.
Our resort rooms sit a few steps from the jetty. Book a course and a room together and we plan your days around the tides.
Every diver fills in a short medical form. Some answers need a doctor's sign off before diving, so send it early.
Tell us when you want to dive and what you have done before. We reply with dates, a suggested plan and anything you need to bring.
