# Privacy policy.

Last updated 25 September 2026. This policy explains what personal data AuraicPulse Ventures collects through this website and our services, why we collect it, and the rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.

## 1. Who we are

AuraicPulse Ventures ("AuraicPulse", "we", "us") is a marketing and software company based in Ireland. We are the data controller for personal data collected through auraicpulse.info and our client platform. You can contact us about privacy at [privacy@auraicpulse.info](mailto:privacy@auraicpulse.info).

## 2. What we collect and why

### Enquiries and the review call

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, brand or business name, and any optional details you give us such as a social handle, website, budget range, and goals. We use this to reply, to prepare a review call if your enquiry fits our criteria, and to follow up personally about our services. With your enquiry we also keep where you arrived from: the referring site, the page you landed on and any campaign tags. We never store advertising click identifiers. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).

To prepare a review we may fetch the public homepage of the website you provide and check it for public signals such as a meta description, social links, and analytics tags. We do not log in to any account or access private data.

We record a hashed version of your IP address for up to 30 days solely to prevent abuse of the form. The hash cannot be reversed to identify you.

### Website designs you like

When you browse our website designs, the designs you heart, the parts you rate and your notes stay in your own browser. Nothing is sent to us until you press Send my picks, or include your picks with an enquiry. If you send us your template picks, we store your name, contact details, picks and notes to plan your website. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).

### Clients

If you become a client we process the data needed to deliver the service: contact details, billing details, access credentials you grant to social and advertising accounts, content you provide, and performance data from the platforms we manage. Lawful basis: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and legal obligations such as tax records (Article 6(1)(c)).

### Website usage

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. We count page views with our own cookieless counter that records the page, the referring site type and campaign tags only. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may record your IP address when the font files are requested. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security.

### Email

We send transactional emails (replies to your enquiry, your review, client reports) through a third-party email provider acting as our processor. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

## 3. Artificial intelligence

Parts of our service, including the first draft of the notes for a review call, are generated with the help of AI models run by third-party providers under contract. The details you submit are sent to the provider only to produce that output, are not used by us or by the provider to train public models, every review is checked by a person before it is sent, and client content passes our quality checks before it is published.

## 4. Who we share data with

We share personal data only with processors we need to run the business: hosting and database providers, our email delivery provider, AI model providers, payment and accounting providers, and the social media and advertising platforms you ask us to manage on your behalf. Each is bound by a data processing agreement. We never sell personal data.

Where a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, transfers are protected by an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

## 5. How long we keep data

- Enquiry and review call submissions: 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted, unless you become a client.

- Client account and content data: for the duration of the contract and 12 months after, then deleted or returned.

- Invoices and tax records: 6 years as required by Irish law.

- Server logs and IP hashes: up to 30 days.

## 6. Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis. To exercise any right, email [privacy@auraicpulse.info](mailto:privacy@auraicpulse.info). We respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission, Ireland's supervisory authority, at [dataprotection.ie](https://www.dataprotection.ie).

## 7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to staff who need it, and client account credentials are stored using encrypted tokens rather than passwords wherever a platform supports it.

## 8. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

## 9. Changes

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes affecting clients will also be sent by email.
